Extensions › Calrows › Insert sample sheet gives you a working example.

Sending rows to Calendar

Pick the calendar, check the mapping, click the green button. A hidden column named _eventId is added to your sheet. It links each row to its event so that running again updates instead of duplicating. Don't delete that column unless you want fresh events.

Pulling changes from Calendar

Updates the mapped columns of every linked row from the current event. Rows whose event was deleted in Calendar get a note on the ID cell.

Removing events for deleted rows

Deletes events Calrows created for rows that no longer exist in the sheet. It never touches events it did not create. You are asked to confirm.

Importing from Calendar

Choose a calendar and a date range. A new tab is created with the events, already mapped, so you can edit and send them back.

Timesheets

Pick a range, optionally a word the titles must contain (a client name, for example), and a rate. You get hours and amounts per event, a total, and a per-title summary. All-day events are excluded.

Automatic sync (Pro)

Runs "Send rows" on a schedule for the sheet selected when you turned it on, optionally followed by a pull and a removal. It runs as your account, in the background. Turn it off from the same section.
