What it does

Send rows to Calendar

Map your columns once. Title, start, end, all-day, description, location, guests, colour. Re-run any time: rows already synced are updated, never duplicated.

Pull changes back

Moved an event in Calendar? One click writes the new time back into the row.

Import a date range

Pick a calendar and a date range, get a clean sheet of events. Never "all fifteen years" unless you ask for it.

Timesheets

Turn a month of calendar events into hours, rates and amounts, with totals per client.

Automatic sync

Pro: runs every 15 minutes to once a day in the background, even with the sheet closed.

Never silent

A Sync Log tab records every event created, updated, removed or failed, with the row number and the reason.

Why it exists

The Marketplace has calendar add-ons with millions of installs and ratings under two stars. The reviews say the same things: "free" apps that charge after one use, syncs that die with "exceeded maximum execution time", imports with no date range, and support that never answers. Calrows was built against that list.

How it works

Install from the Marketplace, then open any spreadsheet.
Extensions › Calrows › Open sidebar. Pick a calendar.
Map your columns, or use "Insert sample sheet" to see the expected layout.
Click "Send rows to Calendar". Check the Sync Log tab.
